马永春，男，1981年10月生，湖南常德人，中共党员，博士，讲师。主要从事高性能混凝土桥梁结构的研究与教学工作。2016年6月毕业于湖南大学桥梁与隧道工程专业，获博士学位。主持湖南省教育厅科学研究项目1项、教学改革课题1项；参与国家自然科学基金2项、国家西部交通建设科技项目1项。在国内外知名学术刊物及重要会议上发表论文多篇。主要研究方向：高性能混凝土桥梁、新材料在桥梁结构中的应用、桥梁结构防震减灾。
